Where we work, and how far is too far
Stamford sits close to the point where Lincolnshire, Rutland, Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire and Leicestershire meet, which makes a great deal of the East Midlands and East Anglia comfortably reachable in a morning, and the West Midlands a straightforward run up the A14 and M6.
The towns listed below are the ones we attend most often. They are not a boundary. If your site is not on the list, the question is not whether we will travel but whether the travel makes sense against the size of the job — and that is a conversation worth having rather than a rule worth publishing.
What we do not do is advertise a mileage radius and quietly load the cost back in somewhere else. Mobilisation is worked out for your specific site and appears in the written quotation before anything is booked. If a job is far enough away that the travel starts to dominate the fee, we will tell you, and we will usually suggest either grouping it with other work in the same area or finding somebody closer.

There is no published radius and no separate mileage line to be surprised by later. Your site is quoted as one figure covering the attendance, the flying and the processing, and the distance is already inside it.
We love what we do and will travel to most places and travel is included. Whether that be a multi-site job, a single 20 minute job or something in between.
What to send us for a quotation
Or a what3words, or a pin dropped on a map. This is the single most useful thing you can send, because it settles distance, airspace and access in one go.
A roof, an elevation, a whole site, a mast, a plot of land. A rough size or storey count helps more than it sounds.
An insurance file, a tender, a planning application, a dispute, a marketing brochure. The end use changes how it is flown.
A real date, including the one you actually need it by rather than the one you would like. It affects whether the diary and the weather can both be made to work.
Induction requirements, live traffic, livestock, schools nearby, restricted hours, or anything that means we cannot simply turn up and fly.
Other sites, other addresses, other buildings. Grouping them into one visit is the cheapest way to buy the work.

Do you work outside the counties listed?
Yes, we'll go anywhere (not just the Midlands!)
How much notice do you need?
In theory, next day if we have the availability. Just check beforehand.
What happens if the weather stops the visit?
The date moves and nothing is charged for the aborted attendance. This is decided the day before wherever the forecast allows it.
