Booked separately, those are four instructions, four attendances and four invoices. Planned together, most of them come out of the same visits — which is where the saving is, and why it is worth deciding at the start what the imagery is for.

Questions
Can you attend a live site?
Yes. We carry our own insurance, work to your induction and RAMS process, and fit around your programme rather than expecting it to fit around us.
Can one visit cover several things?
Usually, and it is normally the cheapest way to do it. Progress record, marketing imagery and an inspection of something on the site can often come out of a single attendance.
What happens if the weather is wrong on the day?
We move it. Wind and rain make for unsafe flying and soft, unusable pictures, and a survey you cannot rely on is worse than no survey. We watch the forecast and give you as much notice as we can.
Do I need to be there?
No. We need safe access to somewhere to take off and land, and to know about anything on site we should avoid. You are welcome to be there if you would rather point things out in person.
Is it legal to fly over my property?
Yes, within the rules. We hold a CAA Operational Authorisation and every flight is planned against the airspace, the surroundings and the people on and around the site before we attend. If a site needs a permission we cannot get, we tell you at enquiry rather than on the day.
