Before anything is booked you get a written note of what will be captured, what you will receive and in what format. If it is not on that note, it is not being assumed.
Quoted against that scope rather than by the hour, so a slow morning on site is our problem and not an extra line on your invoice.
Prepared for every attendance, covering airspace, access, overflight, people and property, and sent to you if your site requires it.
If the forecast will not support safe or usable capture, we tell you the day before and move the date. Nobody gains from a wasted mobilisation.
Imagery and models are produced in-house. Your files are not sitting in a queue at a bureau, and nobody outside this business handles your site data.

Questions
Are you insured?
Yes — £5m public liability, and the certificate can be sent to you or to your principal contractor before we attend.
Do you have permission from the CAA to fly commercially?
Yes. We hold a CAA Operational Authorisation and a registered Operator ID, and both are produced on request.
Will you fly over my neighbour's property?
Not without a reason and not without telling you. Most inspection work is flown from within your own boundary, and where overflight is unavoidable it is raised at the quotation stage rather than sprung on anyone on the day.
What happens if the weather is wrong on the day?
We move the date, at no cost to you. Wind, rain and poor light all degrade the imagery, and there is nothing to gain from flying a job that will have to be flown again.
Can you produce a measured survey or a thermal report?
No, and we would rather say so here than at the end of a site visit. Neither is deliverable with the equipment we hold. Everything offered on this site is within it.
How much notice do you need?
It depends on the diary and the weather rather than on a fixed lead time, so it is worth asking. Small local jobs can often be fitted in within the week.
Who actually turns up?
The same person you spoke to on the phone. There is no crew and no subcontractor.
